Ok so it has been awhile since an update (but not as long as Levi has updated his blog). Lots happened last month. But mainly Elizabel turned one. We had a wonderful party at our house and all of our friends and family came to celebrate. The kids played in baby pools in the back yard and loved it!!! Elizabel received lots of fun gifts that we have been getting out a few at time. I love to watch her figure out how they work. She is so curious about everything and her new favorite game is hiding things from herself. She got a little Dora car that she can push around or sit on and there is a small compartment under the seat. She loves to put things in it, walk around for awhile and then go back to find whatever she stored away.       

  In 1 month Kris is going to have a little girl. We had a shower at our house to help her get ready for it. Going on a trip in the wagon with Jaxson    Lizzy played in her pool for the first time last weekend. We had to put warm water from the house so it wouldn’t be too cold. Levi said we may be jumping the gun on summer but she loved it! Afterwards she played in the dirt and ate some before we could get to her.    Trying to figure out how to get into an apple   Breaking into a can of Puffs…yummy!     Mommy just started a new job working in the ER. She loves it so far. She is working nights so she isn’t gone from me too much and Aunt Katie is still able to watch me while Mommy sleeps.    Playing in the curtains   Trying to get Ellie to play with me  

Lizzy had her first boat ride at Medina Lake a few weeks ago. It turned out to be a cold, windy day. We will have to try again when the weather warms up.

We had an early Easter egg hunt at the Halvorson’s.

We couldn’t keep the big kids out of their eggs once they realized they were filled with candy. Lizzy was more interested in shaking her’s.

Travis helped Lizzy find eggs in his Tonka truck. She loved it!

 On Easter weekend we took Lizzy on her first picnic at Lolo’s house. It was a beautiful day and she loved being in her wagon.

She got all sorts of fun stuff in her Easter basket but was most excited about being outside. On Easter Sunday she took her first steps all by herself. She hasn’t taken many more but it won’t be long before she is running all over the place.

 This weekend I had my pictures taken by LE. I am already 9 months old! I am crawling all over the place and may be walking soon. I am also discovering my voice…babbling all day!

This weekend we went to Sonora for a wedding shower for Daddy’s friend Mike and his fiance Kim. It was very nice and I can’t wait for their wedding in March . It means I get to go dress shopping!

Yesterday Mommy and Aunt Katie took me to get my ears pierced. I cried some but recovered quickly and now I have totally forgotten that the earrings are there.
